Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist - Dubai

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage female and male infertility through consultation and treatment.
• Perform fertility assessments, including reproductive history, examination, hormonal evaluation, and investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and reproductive goals.
• Manage ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, and ICSI pathways.
• Perform transvaginal ultrasound and follicular monitoring.
• Manage controlled ovarian stimulation and monitor treatment response.
• Counsel patients on fertility preservation, egg freezing, embryo freezing, and reproductive options.
• Manage recurrent implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and complex reproductive conditions.
• Collaborate with embryologists, geneticists, gynecologists, and fertility specialists.
• Participate in case discussions, protocols, quality improvement, and evidence-based documentation.
• Stay updated on advances in assisted reproductive technology and reproductive medicine.

Requirements

• MBBS, MD, or an equivalent medical degree is required.
• A recognized specialist or consultant qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and/or Reproductive Medicine is required.
• Fellowship or advanced training in Reproductive Medicine or Infertility is highly desirable.
• A valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Significant post-specialization experience in reproductive medicine and fertility care is required.
• Strong experience in IVF/ICSI, fertility assessment, ovarian stimulation, and ultrasound-guided fertility management is required.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills are required.
• The candidate must work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.

Preferred Expertise

• Preferred expertise includes IVF, ICSI, assisted reproductive technologies, fertility preservation, recurrent implantation failure, and recurrent pregnancy loss.
• Additional preferred expertise includes ovulation induction, IUI, transvaginal ultrasound, follicular monitoring, egg and embryo freezing, PGT, and complex infertility management.
