Responsibilities
- Assess oncology patients and determine appropriate radiotherapy indications within multidisciplinary care plans
- Develop treatment plans using modern techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT or brachytherapy according to facility capability
- Coordinate simulation, contouring, dose prescription, plan review and on treatment assessments
- Manage radiation side effects, supportive care and survivorship follow up
- Participate in tumour boards with medical oncology, surgery, radiology, pathology and palliative care
- Maintain radiation safety, documentation, consent and quality assurance standards
Requirements
- Recognized specialist qualification in Radiation Oncology (e.g., American Board of Radiology, UK CCT/FRCR, European specialist recognition, Royal College Certification, FRANZCR, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS or equivalent)
- Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing
- Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence based practice and patient safety
- Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations

Role Overview
- The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
