Consultant - Quality Systems Implementation

We are looking for driven, self-motivated Consultants with Life Sciences experience and a passion for helping customers optimize their quality data and document management operations in the cloud.

As a key member of our China Professional Services team, you will work side-by-side with customers and our solution architects to implement Veeva Quality products. In this role, you will lead the overall delivery of Veeva Quality Suite for our customers. You will define and drive business processes, lead the project team in delivering the solution, and guide our customers throughout the implementation programs.

As a Consultant, you will actively collaborate across Veeva, contributing ideas, enhancing our delivery model, and working closely with our product management team to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Participate in projects at life sciences or biotech companies designing and deploying Quality systems

Rapidly configure and implement the Veeva Quality suite (Veeva QMS, Veeva QualityDocs, Veeva Training, Station Manager, Validation Management, and LIMS)

Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configure, and document content management and/or data solutions

Project management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project tracking and forecasting

Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle

Mentor project team and junior consultants

Assist presales/sales teams in defining scope, cost, and estimations
