Join the Real Estate team in Bristol as a Consultant Project Manager.
Lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects.
- Develop project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Oversee project governance, processes, and systems.
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project finances and manage change control.
- Maintain communication through meetings and written reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Pursue new business opportunities with clients.
- Mentor junior project managers.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera.
