- Perform both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures following government healthcare protocols
- Manage pre operative and post operative patient care to ensure safety and promote optimal recovery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient management
- Participate in training, education, and community health programs as required
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay updated with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and incorporate best practices
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and government healthcare policies
Requirements
- Medical degree with valid license to practice as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery
- Experience in performing reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of government healthcare protocols, policies, and patient management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commitment to patient safety and ethical practice
- Previous experience in government healthcare facilities is preferred
