Role Summary
Provide advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care in a premium clinical environment.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered services for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver reconstructive and aesthetic surgical services aligned with international standards.
- Perform trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, burns reconstruction, and post-oncologic restoration.
- Provide face, breast, body-contouring, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up.
- Follow DHA regulations and clinical governance frameworks in safe, evidence-based practice.
- Manage high-acuity and multidisciplinary cases with oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, and critical care teams.
- Use Arabic to support culturally sensitive patient communication, education, and informed decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, counselling standards, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification or Fellowship in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
- Valid DHA Consultant License or eligibility for Consultant registration.
- Minimum 5–7 years of post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
- Proven expertise in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Arabic fluency is mandatory; English fluency is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural, high-performance environment.
