Role Summary

The Consultant Plastic Surgeon provides advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care in a premium clinical environment.

The role requires expertise in complex reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, multidisciplinary case management, and Arabic and English communication.

Location and Employment

  • The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
  • The employment type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive reconstructive and aesthetic surgical services aligned with international standards.
  • Perform trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, burns reconstruction, and post-oncologic restoration.
  • Provide face, breast, body-contouring, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up.
  • Follow evidence-based practice, DHA regulations, and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Manage high-acuity and multidisciplinary cases with oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, and critical care teams.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care, patient education, and informed decision-making support in Arabic.
  • Maintain standards of communication, counselling, confidentiality, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Medical degree, such as an MD or MBBS, from a recognized institution.
  • Board certification or fellowship in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
  • Valid DHA Consultant License or eligibility for Consultant registration.
  • Five to seven years of post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
  • Proven expertise in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory; English fluency is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural, high-performance environment.
