Role Summary

The Consultant Plastic Surgeon provides advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care in a premium clinical environment.

The role requires expertise in complex reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, multidisciplinary case management, and Arabic and English communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reconstructive and aesthetic surgical services aligned with international standards.
  • Perform trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, burns reconstruction, and post-oncologic restoration.
  • Provide facial, breast, body-contouring, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up.
  • Follow DHA regulations and clinical governance frameworks in safe, evidence-based practice.
  • Manage high-acuity and multidisciplinary cases with oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, and critical care teams.
  • Provide Arabic-language patient education, counselling, and informed decision-making support.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high standards of patient communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A recognized MD or MBBS medical degree is required.
  • Board Certification or Fellowship in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery is required.
  • A valid DHA Consultant License or eligibility for Consultant registration is required.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of post-specialization reconstructive and aesthetic surgery experience is required.
  • Proven expertise in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures is required.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory, while English fluency is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, high-performance environment are required.
