- Diagnose and manage critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Provide advanced life support and critical care management for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Perform and supervise pediatric critical care procedures including intubation, central venous access, arterial lines, and ventilator management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams.
- Respond to pediatric emergencies and rapid response situations.
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans based on evidence based medical practices.
- Supervise junior physicians, residents, and PICU staff.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing medical education activities.
Requirements
- MBBS / Medical Degree with specialization in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
- Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship / European Board / American Board or equivalent recognized qualification
- Minimum 5 years of Consultant level PICU experience
- Eligibility for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Job Summary
