- Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical education programs.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and uphold international care standards.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care / Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
- Western training (USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years post board experience in a consultant PICU role.
- Proven expertise in advanced pediatric critical care techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and family centered care philosophy.
- Eligible for DHA Consultant licensure (Dubai Health Authority).
