- Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric plastic and reconstructive conditions
- Perform pediatric plastic surgery procedures including cleft lip and palate repair, craniofacial reconstruction, hand surgery, burn reconstruction, scar revision, and soft tissue reconstruction
- Evaluate and manage pediatric trauma and complex reconstructive surgical cases
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations for pediatric plastic surgery patients
- Collaborate with craniofacial surgeons, neurosurgeons, ENT specialists, orthopedic surgeons, dermatologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Develop individualized treatment and postoperative rehabilitation plans for pediatric patients
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and postoperative care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and hospital policies
- Participate in clinical audits, research, teaching, and continuing medical education programs
- Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi
- Board Certification / Fellowship in Plastic Surgery with subspecialty experience in Pediatric Plastic Surgery
- Valid DOH Consultant License or Eligibility Letter in Plastic Surgery
- Minimum 5–7 years of post board consultant experience in pediatric plastic and reconstructive surgery within a tertiary care or academic hospital
- Strong expertise in pediatric reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures
- Excellent surgical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatric Plastic Surgeon to join a leading children’s healthcare hospital in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide specialized surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents with congenital, traumatic, and acquired deform
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced reconstructive and cosmetic pediatric plastic surgery procedures and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
