- Multidisciplinary collaboration with:
- Pediatric subspecialties
- Surgery and anesthesiology

Additional Responsibilities
- Participation in on-call rota
- Supervision of ICU team (junior doctors, nurses)
- Contribution to quality improvement and clinical audits
