Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage ENT disorders in pediatric patients, including congenital and acquired conditions
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and pediatricians for comprehensive care
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, CT scans, and MRIs
- Provide consultations and second opinions for complex pediatric ENT cases
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students when applicable
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in otolaryngology
- Fellowship or board certification in pediatric ENT preferred
- Minimum 5 years of post specialization experience with focus on pediatric cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Must be Western trained

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric ENT Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in Al Ain.
- The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in children, with a strong background in otolaryngologic surgery and patient centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage ENT disorders in pediatric patients, including congenital and acquired conditions.
