- Medical degree with specialization in Pathology
- Board certification or equivalent credential in Pathology
- Proven experience as a Consultant Pathologist, preferably in a leading healthcare setting
- Strong expertise in both anatomic and clinical pathology
- Excellent leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Superior diagnostic and analytical skills
- Familiarity with laboratory management systems and quality assurance processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
