- Lead modern reporting initiatives bridging traditional BI with Generative AI technologies
- Oversee core BI infrastructure and implement AI driven capabilities such as natural language data querying and automated report generation
- Lead a team of analysts and optimize enterprise dashboards
- Collaborate with onshore business leaders on PST and manage offshore delivery team in IST
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- 4+ years advanced experience with Looker or relevant BI tools
- Expert ability in SQL for querying and data structuring
- Hands on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8 years in data analytics or BI role with 1+ years leading projects or managing reports
- Exceptional communication skills to teach technical concepts to non technical audiences

Job Qualifications & Skills

- Familiarity with modern low code or no code AI workflow orchestrators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years in data analytics or business intelligence role, with 1+ years leading projects or managing direct reports.
- Exceptional communication skills to teach technical concepts to non technical business units.
