About The Role

  • A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Sharjah is expanding its orthopedic outpatient, trauma and elective surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative disease, fractures and orthopedic conditions
  • Perform orthopedic procedures according to subspecialty scope such as arthroscopy, arthroplasty, trauma fixation or hand/foot procedures.
  • Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care
  • Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams
  • Provide outpatient follow up, functional recovery plans and complication management
  • Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and clinical governance

Requirements

  • American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery
  • UK CCT / FRCS Trauma & Orthopaedics
  • European Board / national specialist certification
  • Royal College Certification (Canada)
  • Australian FRACS
  • Arab Board
  • MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
