Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Consultant Neurosurgeon
to join a leading tertiary care hospital in Dubai.
This is a senior role involving management of
complex cranial and spinal cases
, within a high-acuity surgical environment.
Clinical Scope
- Perform:
- Cranial neurosurgery (tumors, trauma, vascular cases)
- Spinal surgery (degenerative, trauma, deformity)
- Manage acute neurosurgical emergencies
- Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care
Service Structure
- Work within a
- multidisciplinary neuroscience team
- Access to advanced imaging and surgical infrastructure
- Collaboration with ICU, neurology, and rehabilitation
Additional Responsibilities
- On-call participation
- Supervision of junior staff
- Contribution to clinical governance and audits
Requirements
- Tier 1 / Western board certification preferred
- Extensive consultant-level neurosurgical experience
- Eligibility for UAE licensure
