Responsibilities
- Assess and manage cranial, spinal, neurovascular, neuro oncology and neurotrauma cases according to expertise
- Perform neurosurgical procedures with safe patient selection, consent and perioperative planning
- Coordinate care with neurology, ICU, radiology, oncology, rehabilitation and emergency teams
- Manage acute neurological deterioration, postoperative care, complications and long term follow up
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, tumour boards and trauma pathways
- Support surgical governance, infection control, audit and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Recognized qualification such as American Board of Neurological Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS Neurosurgery, European Board, Canadian Fellowship, Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MCh/DNB/FCPS or equivalent
- Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing
- Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence based practice and patient safety
- Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations
- Interest in long term career development within a premium UAE healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage cranial, spinal, neurovascular, neuro oncology and neurotrauma cases according to expertise.
