Overview

  • SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Neonatologist to join a Government Healthcare Facility.
  • This critical role involves providing expert neonatal care to newborns within a public healthcare setting, ensuring access to quality medical services for the community.
  • As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants with complex medical needs, particularly in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
  • Your work will support the health and survival of vulnerable newborns while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to public health and patient-centered care.
  • Key Responsibilities:* Provide specialized, compassionate care to critically ill and premature newborns in a government healthcare facility.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct necessary neonatal procedures and interventions, adhering to established clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize neonate outcomes.
  • Educate and counsel families regarding their infant’s health status, treatment options, and prognosis.
  • Participate in government health initiatives and programs aimed at improving neonatal care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in government or public healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment, diagnosis, and management.
