  • SearchPlus HR is partnering with a reputed private healthcare group to recruit a Consultant Neonatologist.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert neonatal care within a highly respected private medical facility known for its commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.
  • As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of newborns requiring intensive medical attention, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best clinical outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:* Deliver expert neonatal care to critically ill and premature infants in the NICU.
  • Perform detailed clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer necessary neonatal procedures and manage ongoing patient monitoring effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide clear communication and compassionate support to families regarding their infants’ health status and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
  • Engage in continuing professional development and contribute to research and clinical best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a private healthcare setting with a high standard of medical care.
