Responsibilities
- Diagnose, stage and manage solid tumours and selected haematologic malignancies according to clinical scope
- Prescribe chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and supportive oncology treatments safely
- Lead patient discussions on treatment goals, prognosis, toxicity, fertility and survivorship
- Participate in tumour boards with surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology and palliative care
- Monitor treatment response, manage complications and coordinate follow up care
- Support oncology protocols, clinical governance, medication safety and quality improvement
Requirements
- Recognized specialist qualification in Medical Oncology (e.g., American Board of Internal Medicine Medical Oncology, UK CCT/MRCP with medical oncology training, European Society/national specialist recognition, Royal College Certification, FRACP, Arab Board, DM/DNB/FCPS or equivalent)
- Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing
- Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence based practice and patient safety
- Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations

Role Overview
- The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
