Responsibilities
- Perform image guided vascular and non vascular interventions using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and angiography.
- Assess patients, obtain consent, plan procedures and manage peri procedural risk.
- Deliver services such as biopsies, drainages, embolisation, angioplasty, stenting and venous access procedures according to privileges.
- Interpret imaging findings and collaborate with surgery, oncology, nephrology, emergency and critical care teams.
- Maintain radiation safety, sterile technique, procedural documentation and complication monitoring.
- Contribute to service development, multidisciplinary meetings and clinical governance.
Requirements
- Recognized specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Radiology with IR/DR certification, UK CCT/FRCR, European Board of Interventional Radiology, etc.)
- Eligibility for UAE licensing (DHA/DOH/MOH)
- Strong clinical judgement and commitment to evidence based practice
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams

About The Role
- A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its minimally invasive image guided diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Interventional Radiologist.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
