Position Summary

Provide advanced medical and surgical care across the full spectrum of otolaryngology in a leading healthcare institution in Dubai.

Focus on head and neck surgery, airway reconstruction, and complex airway management.

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care aligned with international standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage adult and pediatric ENT conditions.
  • Perform advanced thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, neck mass, and oncologic head and neck surgeries.
  • Manage difficult airways, tracheostomy care, airway reconstruction, and endoscopic airway interventions.
  • Conduct outpatient clinics, diagnostic assessments, follow-up care, and emergency ENT management.
  • Perform endoscopic sinus, otologic, laryngeal, and head and neck oncology procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in tumor boards and airway committees.
  • Contribute to governance, quality improvement, patient safety, documentation, teaching, research, and service development.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent.
  • Residency and fellowship training in Otolaryngology or ENT.
  • Western Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Eligibility for a DHA Consultant License.
  • At least eight years of post-specialty qualification experience, or experience meeting DHA criteria.
  • Expertise in complex airway management and head and neck surgical oncology.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
  • Subspecialty fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery and/or Airway Surgery is preferred.
  • Tertiary-care or high-volume ENT and head and neck center experience is advantageous.
