About the Role
Allocation Assist DMCC seeks an experienced Consultant ENT – Head & Neck Surgeon for a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia. The role involves diagnosing and managing ENT and head & neck conditions, performing advanced surgeries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head & neck conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Perform advanced surgical procedures involving the ear, nose, throat, salivary glands, thyroid, and head & neck regions
- Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck tumors, airway disorders, voice disorders, swallowing disorders, and complex ENT conditions
- Conduct endoscopic examinations and utilize advanced diagnostic techniques
- Manage pre operative, intra operative, and post operative patient care
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, speech therapists, and other specialists
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case discussions
- Provide emergency ENT coverage and consultation services as required
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research activities, and continuing medical education programs
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant ENT Specialist
- Demonstrated expertise in head and neck surgical procedures and comprehensive ENT care
- Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant ENT – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will provide expert diagnostic, medical, and surgical management of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- This position offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a modern healthcare environment equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technologies.

- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head & neck conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures involving the ear, nose, throat, salivary glands, thyroid, and head & neck regions.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Fellowship or advanced training in Head & Neck Surgery preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant ENT Specialist.
- Demonstrated expertise in head and neck surgical procedures and comprehensive ENT care.
- Strong clinical, surgical, and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork experience.
- Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Western Board Certification (UK CCT, FRCS, American Board, Canadian Fellowship, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent).
- Experience in tertiary care or academic medical centers.
- Research, teaching, or publication experience in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery.
