Job Summary
Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Endocrinologist for a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on evidence-based, patient-centered care for endocrine and metabolic disorders within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis, obesity, and other metabolic disorders.
- Conduct endocrine evaluations and interpret hormonal and metabolic investigations.
- Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient endocrinology consultations.
- Provide advanced diabetes management, including insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring, and lifestyle counseling.
- Collaborate with internal medicine physicians, specialists, dietitians, bariatric teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families about disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence.
- Maintain medical documentation in line with Saudi healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement, research, continuing medical education, and clinical governance activities.
- Adhere to patient safety and infection control standards.
