- As a Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert emergency medical care, guiding junior staff, and contributing to both clinical and academic activities.
- This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment where clinical practice is integrated with research and teaching.
- Key Responsibilities:* Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients presenting with various acute and critical conditions.
- Supervise, mentor, and support residents, fellows, and medical students in training.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to academic publications and presentations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with institutional standards.
- Stay current with advances in emergency medicine and apply evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician, preferably in a tertiary or academic healthcare setting.
- Strong commitment to teaching and academic involvement.
- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to manage complex emergency cases effectively.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with clinical research and academic publications is an advantage.
- Valid licensure and certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Dedication to continuous professional development and clinical governance.
