Role Description
Zedroit is seeking a dedicated Consultant - Data Privacy & Governance for a contract-based position.
This on-site role, located in Doha, Qatar, involves designing and implementing data privacy strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy standards, and collaborating with clients to manage and govern their data.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, leveraging data analytics for privacy solutions, developing data models, and overseeing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
The consultant will work with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in data privacy management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex data privacy and governance challenges
- Proficiency in Data Science and Data Analytics for deriving insights and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Data Modeling for efficient data management
- Good understanding of global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in data privacy and governance (such as CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) are a plus
