Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents
- Manage conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and developmental conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions
- Work closely with psychologists, therapists, pediatricians, and educational professionals
- Engage with families and caregivers to support holistic patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical governance, and service development
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with UAE regulatory standards
Requirements
- Recognized Tier 1 Consultant qualification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven experience in managing complex pediatric psychiatric cases
- Eligibility for DHA Consultant license
- Experience in multidisciplinary mental health settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient centered care skills

Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Arabic speaking) to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai.
- This is a Tier 1 consultant level appointment, offering the opportunity to work within a well established mental health service delivering high quality, patient centered care.
- The role focuses on the assessment and management of a wide range of child and adolescent mental health conditions, within a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents
- Manage conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and developmental conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions
