- Evaluate and manage patients with advanced heart failure and heart transplantation needs
- Conduct pre transplant assessments, listing evaluations, and post transplant follow up care
- Manage immunosuppression protocols, rejection surveillance, infection prevention, and long term graft monitoring
- Assess suitability for mechanical circulatory support, including LVAD and ECMO
- Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and transplant coordinators
- Participate in transplant selection committees, quality improvement initiatives, and academic activities
- Support teaching, research, and mentoring within the department
Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent qualification
- Board certification in cardiology or internal medicine with subspecialty training in Advanced Heart Failure & cardiac transplantation
- Fellowship from a recognized international transplant center
- Minimum 3–5 years of post fellowship experience in cardiac transplant medicine
- Strong knowledge of international transplant guidelines, including ISHLT and ACC/AHA standards
- Excellent clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
