- Evaluate and manage patients requiring adult cardiac surgical intervention
- Perform coronary, valve, aortic or other cardiac procedures according to expertise and facility privileges
- Lead perioperative planning with cardiology, cardiac anaesthesia, perfusion, ICU and rehabilitation teams
- Participate in heart team meetings, risk assessment, consent and outcome review
- Manage postoperative recovery, complications, follow up and long term care coordination
- Support quality, infection control, surgical registry, audit and patient safety programs
Requirements
- Recognized specialist qualification in Cardiac Surgery (e.g., American Board of Thoracic Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS Cardiothoracic Surgery, European Board, Canadian Royal College, Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MCh/DNB/FCPS)
- Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing
- Strong clinical judgement and commitment to evidence based practice
- Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and teams
- Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and documentation standards

About The Role
- A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its adult cardiac surgery, valve, coronary and advanced perioperative cardiac care and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join its growing clinical team.
- The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients requiring adult cardiac surgical intervention
- Perform coronary, valve, aortic or other cardiac procedures according to expertise and facility privileges
- Lead perioperative planning with cardiology, cardiac anaesthesia, perfusion, ICU and rehabilitation teams

Requirements
