What you’ll be doing
Our team manages the full lifecycle of application packaging and deployment for the organization. As a Consultant, Application Packaging you’ll be the primary contact for packaging requests and will oversee the queue for Endpoint and Citrix applications. You’ll provide work effort estimates, validate and schedule new requests, and collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are met. You’ll coordinate the retirement and clean-up of application packages, enforce policies and procedures, and troubleshoot packaging issues as they arise. You’ll attend project meetings, guide high-priority requests, and contribute to process improvements and automation. You’ll work regular business hours and may be required to attend meetings across different locations.

How you’ll succeed
Coordinate packaging activities - Oversee and manage all application packaging requests, ensuring timely scheduling and completion.
Deliver quality solutions - Prepare, customize, and test software packages to meet organizational and project requirements.
Collaborate effectively - Work closely with business partners, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver packages.
Support deployment and retirement - Guide the deployment and retirement/clean-up of application packages across SCCM, ServiceNow, endpoints, and Citrix workspace.
Enforce standards - Uphold security, compliance, and operational standards throughout the packaging process.
Drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement automation within the packaging environment.
Who you are
You can demonstrate 2-3 years of experience in Windows Installer (MSI packaging format), App-V, VMware ThinApp, MSIX, Citrix XenApp for application virtualization, PowerShell, SCCM, and Windows 11. You have strong knowledge of business dynamics, enabling you to analyze and protect test environment integrity, mitigate risks, and recommend solutions for complex initiatives. You possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment.
