- Report surgical pathology, cytology and clinical pathology cases according to training and privileges
- Provide accurate diagnostic interpretation, correlation with clinical findings and timely reporting
- Support frozen sections, tumour boards, quality assurance and laboratory accreditation requirements
- Oversee specimen handling, laboratory processes, critical value communication and diagnostic safety
- Collaborate with clinicians across oncology, surgery, radiology, internal medicine and laboratory teams
- Participate in audits, SOP development, proficiency testing and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Recognized qualification in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology (e.g., American Board of Pathology AP/CP, UK CCT/FRCPath, FRCPA, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS)
- Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing
- Strong clinical judgement and commitment to evidence based practice
- Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and documentation standards

Key Responsibilities
- Report surgical pathology, cytology and clinical pathology cases according to training and privileges.
