- Construct and install formwork, frameworks, and wooden structures (Carpenters)
- Cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars and mesh (Steel Fixers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen on site (General Laborers)
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials (General Laborers)
- Perform site cleaning and general construction duties (General Laborers)
Requirements
- Previous construction experience in the relevant trade
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in UAE construction projects is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred

Job Description
- We are currently hiring experienced and hardworking construction workers for ongoing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates with experience in any of the following trades are encouraged to apply: Mason, Painter, Construction Carpenter, Steel Fixer, or General Construction Laborer/helper.
- The ideal candidates should have experience in construction work, be physically fit, and be able to work effectively in a team environment while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Masons: Lay bricks, blocks, and concrete structures; apply plaster, render, tile and finishing work; read and follow construction drawings and specifications.
- Painters: Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning; apply paint, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and structures; ensure high quality finishing standards.
- Construction Carpenters: Construct and install formwork, frameworks, and wooden structures; measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements; repair and maintain temporary and permanent structures.
- Steel Fixers: Cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars and mesh; read reinforcement drawings and schedules; secure steel bars and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- General Construction Laborers/helpers: Assist skilled tradesmen on site; load, unload, and transport construction materials; perform site cleaning and general construction duties; follow supervisor instructions and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous construction experience in the relevant trade.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in UAE construction projects is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
