Responsibilities
- Support construction, renovation, and repair projects
- Prepare work areas and load/unload materials

- Follow safety guidelines and use tools and equipment properly
- Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to meet project schedules

Qualifications
- Practical skills in Construction and Renovation, with experience supporting building, repair, or maintenance projects.
- Hands on ability in Masonry, including brick or block work, plastering, or related tasks.
- Experience with Flooring installation or repair, such as tiles, concrete finishing, or similar surfaces.
- Basic Research skills to understand work instructions, materials, and methods, and to follow technical guidance.
- Knowledge of on site safety practices and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor, lift materials, and work in outdoor or variable conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Previous experience in construction or technical services is preferred; vocational training or certifications in construction trades are an advantage.
- Willingness to work full time on site in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and comply with local regulations and company policies.
