About the Mission

  • The Construction Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing construction systems, processes, and digital tools.
  • Supports successful execution of EPC projects.
  • Ensures efficient planning, monitoring, reporting, data management, and integration of construction workflows.
  • Maintains compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Construction Systems Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain construction management systems, procedures, and workflows.
  • Configure and administer construction related software applications and databases.
  • Support the integration of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across project platforms.

Planning and Progress Monitoring

  • Support project teams in establishing construction work package structures and progress measurement systems.
  • Monitor construction performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze project data and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring corrective actions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly construction progress reports.

Digitalization and Process Improvement

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within construction projects.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Develop system workflows and reporting solutions to improve project efficiency.
  • Support implementation of digital construction technologies and best practices.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, HSE, and Commissioning teams.
  • Coordinate with software vendors, IT teams, and project stakeholders regarding system requirements and enhancements.
  • Provide system training and support to end users.
  • Facilitate issue resolution related to construction systems and reporting tools.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Manage construction databases and project information systems.
  • Ensure accurate collection, validation, and reporting of construction progress data.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and dashboards.
  • Prepare management reports highlighting schedule performance, productivity, and project metrics.

Compliance and Quality

  • Ensure construction systems comply with project specifications, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain adherence to quality management and HSE requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction engineering, project controls, construction systems, or EPC project execution.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management, Digital Construction, or relevant software tools is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of EPC project execution processes.
  • Experience with construction management systems and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE), document management systems, and workflow automation tools.
  • Knowledge of construction work packaging, progress measurement, and reporting methodologies.
  • Understanding of project controls, scheduling, and performance metrics.
