Role Overview
Supervise mechanical and piping construction activities across CAT III, IV, V, and VI projects.
Ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution for brownfield and greenfield projects, including plant shutdowns.
Report to the Head of Construction and work closely with the assigned Construction Lead.

Job Purpose
Supervise mechanical and piping construction activities across CAT III, IV, V, and VI projects.
Ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution for brownfield and greenfield projects, including plant shutdowns.
Report to the Head of Construction and work closely with the assigned Construction Lead.
Construction Supervision
- Supervise construction activities in accordance with project processes, specifications, and IFC drawings.
- Represent the project in monitoring and coordinating contractor, subcontractor, site, and safety activities.
- Report construction progress, concerns, and mitigating actions.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly construction meetings.
- Review and approve contractor construction method statements and verify implementation at site.
Safety, Quality, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements during construction activities.
- Ensure site safety compliance and participation in the Safety IIF Program.
- Ensure construction follows project rules, procedures, technical specifications, and Permit to Work requirements.
- Monitor inspection results and ensure correction of non-conformance reports and other QA/QC issues.
