Role Overview
Airswift is seeking a Construction Supervisor (Electrical & Instrumentation) to work in Qatar with a major oil and gas company.
The role focuses on electrical and instrumentation construction for onshore oil and gas projects.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an internationally recognized university is required.
- Formal training in QA/QC functional aspects is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Candidates should have 12–15 years of overall E&I construction experience in onshore oil and gas projects.
- Experience is required across greenfield and new-build construction sites and brownfield or live process plants.
- Experience is required with permits to work, isolation and Lock Out/Tag Out, and tie-ins to live facilities.
- Experience is required with substations, control rooms, building E&I services, inspection, testing, SAT, cathodic protection, testing, and precommissioning.
- At least 10 years of EPIC contractor experience, including recent Superintendent-level positions, is required.
- Additional client or PMC superintendent experience and Qatar or GCC industrial-city experience are preferred.
