Role Overview
Supervise electrical and instrument construction activities for CAT III, IV, V, and VI projects in accordance with established processes, specifications, and IFC drawings.
Support brownfield and greenfield projects, normal plant operations, and shutdown activities in a technical and supervisory capacity.
Report to the Head of Construction and work closely with the assigned Construction Lead and Construction Focal Point.

Job Purpose
Supervise electrical and instrument construction activities for CAT III, IV, V, and VI projects in accordance with established processes, specifications, and IFC drawings.
Support brownfield and greenfield projects, normal plant operations, and shutdown activities in a technical and supervisory capacity.
Report to the Head of Construction and work closely with the assigned Construction Lead and Construction Focal Point.
Main Duties
- Coordinate contractor, subcontractor, and third-party construction activities while maintaining safe, quality, and scheduled execution.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, technical specifications, RLC requirements, and consolidated Permit to Work systems.
- Monitor construction progress and critical activities, review inspection results, and verify compliance before subsequent work proceeds.
- Monitor correction of non-conformance items, conduct construction surveillance, and participate in construction walkthroughs.
- Prepare for weekly construction meetings and report progress, concerns, significant issues, and mitigating actions.
- Review and approve contractor construction method statements and ensure their requirements are implemented at site.
- Investigate construction issues and coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, operations, discipline engineers, and construction representatives.
