Role Description
- The Construction Supervisor role at UAE IB Association is a part time hybrid position based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and some work from home.
- The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- This role involves conducting regular site inspections, monitoring construction safety practices, identifying and resolving issues, and documenting progress.
- The Construction Supervisor will communicate with project stakeholders, prepare concise reports, and support compliance with local regulations and association guidelines.
- The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide practical feedback to enhance onsite processes and safety culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision on construction projects.

- Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Construction Safety practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
