- Supervise offshore structural construction activities, including steel structures, foundations, and concrete works
- Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe and timely project execution
- Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with HSE standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction related technical issues
- Support construction planning, risk assessments, and work method statements
- Ensure proper completion, documentation, and handover of structural works
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 15–18+ years of total experience
- 3–5 years of offshore structural construction experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- PMC/EPC construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of structural steel, concrete structures, and offshore construction methodologies
- Familiarity with international structural codes and HSE standards
- Previous ADNOC Onshore experience is an advantage
