Construction Superintendent

You’re a strong fit if you:

7+ years of progressive construction experience, with 3+ years running jobs as a superintendent.

Proven track record delivering commercial projects in the $5M–$30M range.

Know your way around scheduling systems (Procore, P6, or similar) and actually use look-ahead planning.

Fluent in contract documents, submittals, RFIs, and change order management.

OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR a plus.

Communicate directly and clearly — with owners, subs, and your own team.

Run a clean, organized, professional job site without being told to.

Able to travel or take extended project assignments when the work calls for it.
