What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure work progresses according to plans and schedules.
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project timelines, materials, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and site activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Report project updates, risks, and concerns to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or vocational/technical training (Engineering or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in construction or site supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule if required.
- Nice to Have:
- NC II (Construction-related certification).
- Experience managing construction teams or projects.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools.
