Construction Site Engineer and Project Manager role responsible for construction project coordination and execution.

The primary site is in Lansdowne, Uttarakhand, with an office location in Sector 94, Noida.

Develop and maintain project plans, construction schedules, and Gantt charts.
Mobilize manpower, equipment, and materials with the head office.
Deliver villa construction and fit-outs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Monitor site progress, specifications, drawings, quality standards, and challenges in hilly terrain.
Prepare BoQs and estimates for villas, the clubhouse, and site infrastructure.

Act as the single point of contact between the head office, design consultants, site teams, and vendors.
Conduct review meetings, document minutes, track action points, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, landscape, interiors, legal, and finance disciplines.
