We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. Is that you? If so, we want to talk to you!

· Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects concurrently.

· Review and understand project documents including plans and specifications.

· Create and/or assist in the development of estimates, change orders, and project proposals.

· Manage costs, schedule, changes, meetings, invoices and owner expectations.

· Lead project meetings with owners and sub-contractors.

· Work with superintendents.

· Manage project engineers for meetings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts.

· Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership
