Construction Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of multiple construction projects, while also providing leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers.

This dual role ensures project excellence and supports organizational growth by developing internal talent and optimizing operations.

• Direct manage key projects
• Review project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring consistent communication and stakeholder satisfaction
• Manage subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance

• Mentor a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers Attend Progress meetings with owners Provide guidance and assistance to PM in management of schedule and updates Provide guidance and assistance to PM/APM in handling of subcontractor issues Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables Conduct quarterly conversations with direct reports
