Construction Safety Manager - Data Centers

Develop and implement site and project-specific safety plans, including

Safety orientation and training

Job Hazard Analysis and high-risk activity identification and mitigation planning

Fatigue management plan

Pre-task plan

Stretch and bend program

PPE requirements

Housekeeping, signage, barricade plans

Schedule and coordinate and / or perform equipment safety checks.

Teach safety related classes (Aerial lift, LOTO, electrical safety, etc.)

Coordinate other site-specific training with electrical contractor and GC.

Prepare and submit weekly safety reports

Walk the site looking for hazards and mitigation

Supervise high-risk activities

Work with other subcontractor safety professionals to develop site improvement.

Participate in weekly safety committee meetings.

Help investigate injuries, PD, and / or near misses and participate in Root Cause Analysis.

BCSP Certification minimum of Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) , ASP or CSP.

5+ years of experience.

First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training

Emergency procedures training

Mental Health First Aid Training

Current OSHA 510 certification.
