Kapur is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee construction projects for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to completing projects on time.

• Manage and lead a team of construction technicians.
• Monitor and execute projects according to plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Follow timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
• Perform sampling and testing of construction materials to verify quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of assigned technicians to maintain consistency and accuracy in quality control processes.
• Attend construction status meetings to stay updated on project progress.
• Address any issues that arise during the construction process and develop solutions to overcome challenges.
