Role Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through completion and handover.
• Establish project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and approved schedules.
• Manage budgets, costs, procurement, materials, and resource allocation.
• Review drawings, specifications, technical documents, method statements, and project plans.
• Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
• Manage changes, variations, claims, and commercial matters when required.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and drive continuous improvement in delivery, quality, cost control, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant construction project management experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project requirements effectively.
