Role Overview
Lead commercial and industrial structural steel erection, miscellaneous metals, and precast projects for a specialty subcontractor.
Own project execution from handoff through closeout across Southeastern Wisconsin.
Coordinate delivery of projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

- The position is on-site and supports projects across Southeastern Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Oversee structural steel erection, miscellaneous metals, and precast projects from handoff through closeout.
- Coordinate field activities with superintendents, foremen, crane operators, fabricators, and subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings, erection drawings, contract documents, and specifications for field installation.
- Maintain schedules, budgets, manpower plans, equipment schedules, and material deliveries.
- Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor costs, productivity, labor performance, safety, quality, and contract compliance.
- Resolve field issues and sequencing conflicts, then complete punch lists and turnover documentation.
