Role Overview
Ashiyana is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects.
The role covers project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout for construction projects in Dubai.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and alignment with client requirements.
- Develop schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and procurement strategies for efficient and timely delivery.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and verify compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, and status reports.
- Lead meetings, communicate project updates, and provide guidance to the project team.
- Evaluate projects and implement corrective measures and improvements where necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably with high-rise buildings.
- Knowledge of DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, JAFZA, and DSO authority rules and regulations.
